Ingredients
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 can low sodium cream of potato soup
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 pounds red potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons scallions sliced, green parts only

Step 1Lightly spray slow cooker with cooking spray.

Step 2Mix sour cream, soup, paprika and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl. Add thinly sliced potatoes and mix to coat well.

Step 3Put 1/2 the potato mixture in slow cooker, cover with 1/2 cheese, put remaining potato mixture over cheese layer and then add rest of cheese. Top with scallions. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-7.
