Save Oven Room Scalloped Potatoes
During big holiday meals, I'm always struggling to find enough oven space and time to get all the dishes ready at the same time. This scalloped potato recipe in the crock pot is divine and makes time and space organization a breeze.
1 clight sour cream
1 can(s)low sodium cream of potato soup
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
2 lbred potatoes, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cshredded cheddar
3 Tbspscallions sliced, green parts only
How to Make Save Oven Room Scalloped Potatoes
- Lightly spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Mix sour cream, soup, paprika and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl. Add thinly sliced potatoes and mix to coat well.
- Put 1/2 the potato mixture in slow cooker, cover with 1/2 cheese, put remaining potato mixture over cheese layer and then add rest of cheese. Top with scallions. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-7.
