Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 3 tablespoons cilantro paste, divided
- 1 tablespoon polaner chopped garlic
- 2 slices day old bread
- 6 - squares of saute express savory butter & olive oil(seasoned butter)and add 1/3 cup of water
- 1 - red bell pepper, diced
- 1/3 cup onion,diced
- 1 - jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1 1/2 pounds fingerlingers potatoes, chopped with peeling on
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons sour cream, fat-free
How To Make saute pork balls and cilantro potatoes

Step 1In a bowl add the ground pork, two tablespoonfuls of the cilantro paste. Add the gralic and crumble your day old bread into the bowl. Knead together with hands. Roll pork into 24 balls.

Step 2On medium-low heat melt the seasoned butter. Add the pork balls, and cook 10 minutes, browning on all sides. Add the red pepper, jalapeno pepper, onion, and the potatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Add the water!

Step 3Cook 35 minutes or until potatoes or tender. Add the last tablespoonful of cilantro paste and the sour cream. Simmer 10 minutes.
