1 tspNewman's Own salt vinegar powder

1/4 tspground fennel seeds

How To Make salt and vinegar duck fat potatoes

1Boil a pot of water with salt and baking soda. Add the potato cubes and boil for 10 minutes. Drain and add back to the pan, and give them a good shake.

2Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place the duck fat in a saucepan and add the garlic, thyme, and rosemary. When melted, pour over the potatoes and shake to cover them. Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

3Bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Mix the seasoning ingredients together and shake over the potatoes once crispy. Drizzle with ketchup if desired.
