Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup rum or 1 teaspoon rum extract
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
How To Make rummy sweet potatoes

Step 1Mix sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla, butter, and rum together. Spread in 13x9 baking dish that haas been lightly greased.

Step 2Mix together the brown sugar, pecans, flour, and remaining butter. Sprinkle over the sweet potatoes and bake for 30 minutes in 400º oven. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
