- 1 - bell pepper, diced
- 1 - onion, diced
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pound velveeta cheese, cut up
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
How To Make rotel potatoes

Step 1Cut potatoes into chunks, cook until tender, drain. place in a casserole dish and cover with sauce.

Step 2Sauce; saute diced bell pepper and diced onion in butter. Add cheese and rotel tomatoes, stir until cheese is melted. Pour over potatoes and bake at 350 until bubbly.
