Ingredients

  • 8-10 - red or yukon gold potatoes sliced or diced
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 package cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes

How To Make rotel potatoes

  • Step 1
    Cook potatoes till tender and drain well. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl mix cheese, tomatoes with the liquid, and sour cream. Spread over the potatoes and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Bake 350 degrees till bubbly and golden about 25 minutes.
