Ingredients

2 lb
small red bliss potatoes, quartered
2 Tbsp
chopped rosemary
1 Tbsp
chopped garlic
1/2 Tbsp
coarse cracked black pepper
1/2 c
olive oil
salt to taste

Step-By-Step

1In a large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes until just tender; drain well. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with remaining ingredients. Transfer to a baking sheet and cook at 375 degrees for 25 minu until browned and fragrant.
