    small red bliss potatoes, quartered
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    coarse cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • salt to taste

    In a large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes until just tender; drain well. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with remaining ingredients. Transfer to a baking sheet and cook at 375 degrees for 25 minu until browned and fragrant.
