After watching an episode of 5 Ingredient Fix on FoodNetwork, my son has become inspire to make ordinary food extra-ordinary 5-I-F style.

- 2 tablespoons oil or bacon fat
- 8 - potatoes thinly sliced, peeled or not, your choice
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - salt & pepper to taste
- - sauted onions (optional)
How To Make rosemary garlic fried potatoes

Step 1Slice the potatoes thin, put into frying pan with heated oil or bacon grease. Add other ingredients to taste. I have found a non stick skillet works best for fried potatoes. Also, let them cook for awhile on one side before flipping them. For crispier potatoes, put less in the pan. In a full pan they aren't going to get as crispy.

Step 2For vegetarian or vegan, use oil instead of bacon fat
