Ingredients For rosemary garlic fingerling potatoes

  • 2 lb
    fingerling medley potatoes, sliced length wise
  • 1
    (16-oz) pkg mushrooms, fresh sliced or whole
  • 3
    green onions, snipped
  • 1 tsp
    rosemary garlic seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt, coarse
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    white truffle oil

How To Make rosemary garlic fingerling potatoes

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Slice potatoes length wise, rinse. Place in a mixing bowl or ziploc bag, sprinkle with seasonings. Drizzle with oil and toss to combine.

    Place potatoes in baking dish, cover and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
