Ingredients
- 2 pounds fingerling medley potatoes, sliced length wise
- 1 - (16-oz) pkg mushrooms, fresh sliced or whole
- 3 - green onions, snipped
- 1 teaspoon rosemary garlic seasoning
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, coarse
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons white truffle oil
How To Make rosemary garlic fingerling potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2Slice potatoes length wise, rinse. Place in a mixing bowl or ziploc bag, sprinkle with seasonings. Drizzle with oil and toss to combine.

Step 3Place potatoes in baking dish, cover and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
