Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sharp white cheddar cheese
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper

How To Make romanoff potatoes

  • Step 1
    Bake the potatoes until soft, about 45 mins at 350, let cool completely
  • Step 2
    Gently fluff using 2 forks, add in sour cream, shredded cheddar, diced shallots salt & pepper...fluff again
  • Step 3
    In a large bowl grate, no need to peel.
  • Step 4
    Butter a dish and pour in bake at 350 for 30 mins
