- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sharp white cheddar cheese
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
How To Make romanoff potatoes

Step 1Bake the potatoes until soft, about 45 mins at 350, let cool completely

Step 2Gently fluff using 2 forks, add in sour cream, shredded cheddar, diced shallots salt & pepper...fluff again

Step 3In a large bowl grate, no need to peel.

Step 4Butter a dish and pour in bake at 350 for 30 mins
