1/2 ccheddar cheese
1 csour cream
1/4 cchopped onion
2 ccottage cheese
7 ccubed potatoes, with or without skins
How to Make ROMANOFF POTATO CASSEROLE
- Preheat oven to 350^. Cook cubed potatoes, with salt, until a little tender; drain & place in a 13x9 buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with a dash of garlic salt.
- Mix sour cream, cottage cheese & onion.
Pour over potatoes; sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Bake 45 minutes.
