Found this in the Betty Crocker Cookbook and thought I would try it and my Husband said they were AMAZING and had to share this recipe. It is so easy to make.

Ingredients
- 6 - medium baking potatoes
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 - clove garlic, minced
How To Make robin's parmesan potato wedges

Step 1Preheat oven to 425. Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil, set aside.

Step 2Cut each potato lengthwise into eight wedges.

Step 3In a large bowl stir together butter, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt pepper and garlic. Add potato wedges and stir to coat evenly.

Step 4Place the wedges on the prepared baking pan. Bake uncovered, about 30 minutes or until tender.
