Found this in the Betty Crocker Cookbook and thought I would try it and my Husband said they were AMAZING and had to share this recipe. It is so easy to make.

medium baking potatoes
1/3 c
butter, melted
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp
italian seasoning, crushed
1/4 tsp
1/8 tsp
black pepper
clove garlic, minced

How to Make Robin's Parmesan Potato Wedges


  • 1Preheat oven to 425. Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil, set aside.
  • 2Cut each potato lengthwise into eight wedges.
  • 3In a large bowl stir together butter, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt pepper and garlic.
    Add potato wedges and stir to coat evenly.
  • 4Place the wedges on the prepared baking pan. Bake uncovered, about 30 minutes or until tender.
