roasted seasoned potato wedges
My family loves these, with or without the sauce. Garnish with chopped herbs or bacon bits for more wow!

Ingredients
- 6 potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup butter cubed or cut up
- 1 tsp garlic paste or powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- SAUCE
- 1/4 c sour cream (can use plain greek yogurt)
- 1/2 tsp each salt pepper and paprika
- 1 tsp fines herbs, or 1 tbls of your favorite fresh herbs, minced.
- 1 tbls each lemon juice and olive oil
- 1 tblsp parmesan
How To Make roasted seasoned potato wedges

Step 1Place wedges in bowl and cover with melted butter to which garlic has been added. (Can add a bit of olive oil, if needed to fully coat potatoes)

Step 2Add salt, pepper, paprika and cheese and mix or toss to thoroughly coat, then spread on baking sheet.

Step 3Bake at 400 degrees F. for 40 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 4While potatoes roast, mix all sauce ingredients together, and set aside until potatoes are done.

Step 5Serve potatoes, drizzled with sauce, and extra sauce on the side.
