Ingredients
- 1/2 - light ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 - strips of bacon, crumbled
- 2 - lbs. of small red potatoes
- 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh and chopped
How To Make roasted red potatoes with bacon and cheese

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes, toss lightly.

Step 2Spoon into lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish; cover.

Step 3Bake 55 min. or until potatoes are tender, uncovering after 40 min. Sprinkle with parsley. (you can sub rosemary for the parsley)
