Ingredients
- 5 pounds red potatoes, small
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 jar horseradish
- salt&peppe teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves - garlic or to taste
How To Make roasted red potatoes and horserdish
-
Step 1Wash and cut potatoes in half if there small. Quarter them if there larger.
-
Step 2Melt the butter in a bowl then add the jar of horseradish to the melted butter mix until it is well blended I add my salt and pepper at this time also.
-
Step 3Place the potatoes in a ziplock bag and then pour the butter mixture over them. Toss them until they are well coated.I use my jelly roll pan to roast these but any cookies sheet will do. I lightly spray the sheet with a non-stick spray and pour the potatoes out of the Ziplock on to the cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for about an hour, turning them every 15 mins or so until they are golden brown. Thes are not spicy they have a wonderful flavor. I hope you enjoy them as much as my family does. I also scrap every bit of the butter and horseradish I can out of the ziplock bag.
