Ingredients
- 8 small red potatoes cleaned and cut in half
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- seasoning salt
- black pepper
- fresh shredded parmesan
- fresh dill for garnish
How To Make roasted red potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Bring a big pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and boil for 10 minutes. Drain the potatoes.

Step 2Add the butter to a 9x13 pan and place in the oven and let it melt. Remove it from the oven and add the garlic and seasoning salt and pepper to the butter.

Step 3Place the potatoes cut side down in the butter. Brush the butter over the top of the potatoes. Place in oven and bake about 30 minutes depending on size and doneness of the potatoes

Step 4Serve sprinkled with shredded Parmesan and fresh dill
