  • 8 small
    red potatoes cleaned and cut in half
  • 1/4 c
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • ·
    seasoning salt
  • ·
    black pepper
  • ·
    fresh shredded parmesan
  • ·
    fresh dill for garnish

How to Make Roasted Red Potatoes


  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Bring a big pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and boil for 10 minutes. Drain the potatoes.
  2. Add the butter to a 9x13 pan and place in the oven and let it melt. Remove it from the oven and add the garlic and seasoning salt and pepper to the butter.
  3. Place the potatoes cut side down in the butter. Brush the butter over the top of the potatoes. Place in oven and bake about 30 minutes depending on size and doneness of the potatoes
  4. Serve sprinkled with shredded Parmesan and fresh dill
