Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 2 pounds small red potatoes, quartered (about 6 cups)
How To Make roasted red potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to degrees.

Step 2Mix dressing, cheese, and bacon bits into a large bowl. Add potatoes and toss lightly.

Step 3Spoon into a lightly greased 13X9 baking dish and cover with foil.

Step 4Bake for 40 minutes, reomve foil. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
