Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb
    medium, unpeeled red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground red pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    paprika

How to Make ROASTED RED POTATOES

Step-by-Step

  1. Place potatoes in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until potatoes are thoroughly coated.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly browned, stirring after 30 minutes.
