- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
How To Make roasted red potatoes

Step 1Place potatoes in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until potatoes are thoroughly coated.

Step 2Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly browned, stirring after 30 minutes.
