This is one of the easiest side dishes to make. So yummy, too!!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds medium, unpeeled red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

How To Make roasted red potatoes

  • Step 1
    Place potatoes in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until potatoes are thoroughly coated.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly browned, stirring after 30 minutes.
