my Son's love these potatoes i stated making them three years ago; When i could not come up with a new side dish idea. now its a Family staple we have at least four times a month and they are easy to make.the balsamic vinegar and red pepper flakes' give it that extra kick that we love

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds red potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary, dried
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How To Make roasted red poatatoes

  • Step 1
    wash and Quarter the potatoes crush garlic and rosemary in a large gallon size ziplock bag add potatoes garlic,rosemary
  • Step 2
    olive oil,balsamic vinagar,pepper flakes,salt,and pepper. seal bag toss around for a few minutes set aside
  • Step 3
    preheat oven to 450' degress in a large roasting pan,add content of bag and spred out'do not cover' roast for 20 to 25 minutes stirring ocasionally so that all sides crisp.
  • Step 4
    poke with fork to check for done's serve immediately go's well with baked chicken, and fried pork chops
