How to Make Roasted Red Potatoes
- Place in a roasting pan with water. Lay out the potatoes as evenly as possible to make sure the seasonings are equally applied. Then add enough water (don't pour over potatoes-off the side) to have about 1/2" on the bottom of the pan.
- Cover with liquid and bake at 300 degrees approximately 1 hour or until completely tender. Check halfway through and make sure there is still liquid on the bottom of the pan so it does not burn. Add more if necessary.
