- 1 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder
- 1/2 cup viva italian dressing
- - sat to taste
- - pepper to taste
How To Make roasted red potatoes

Step 1Place in a roasting pan with water. Lay out the potatoes as evenly as possible to make sure the seasonings are equally applied. Then add enough water (don't pour over potatoes-off the side) to have about 1/2" on the bottom of the pan.

Step 2Cover with liquid and bake at 300 degrees approximately 1 hour or until completely tender. Check halfway through and make sure there is still liquid on the bottom of the pan so it does not burn. Add more if necessary.
