A simple side dish from Meals Made Easy with Grey Poupon. We really enjoyed these, but the onions were over cooked by following the directions. Next time, I will add the onions about 1/2 way thru cooking.

1/2 colive oil

3 lbbaking potatoes, 1 1/2-inch cubes

2 mdonions, sliced

fresh parsley, chopped
How To Make roasted potatoes poupon

1In small bowl, combine mustard and oil.

2In large bowl, combine potatoes, onions, and mustard mixture; toss to coat well.

3Spread in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake at 400F for 45-50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and crispy; stirring once.

4Garnish with parsley.
