- 6 large russet potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 package lipton onion soup mix
- - fresh parsley for garnish
How To Make roasted onion potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Add potatoes to medium bowl and mix with the olive oil, garlic and Lipton Onion soup mix.

Step 2Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the potatoes in a single layer.

Step 3Roast for 20 to 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley
