- 1 pound small creamer potatoes
- 5 cloves roasted garlic
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- teaspoon rosemary
- salt/pepper
How To Make roasted garlic/rosemary crispy potatoes

Step 1in a small piece of aluminum foil, place the garlic cloves and seal, roast about 20 mins, till soft

Step 2cut potatoes in half, boil till fork tender

Step 3in a saute pan, put butter and olive oil, toss in well drained potatoes on medium high get crispy on all sides, mash the garlic in and add chopped rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.
