Ingredients For roasted garlic/rosemary crispy potatoes

  • 1 lb
    small creamer potatoes
  • 5 clove
    roasted garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • tsp
    rosemary
  • salt/pepper

How To Make roasted garlic/rosemary crispy potatoes

  • 1
    in a small piece of aluminum foil, place the garlic cloves and seal, roast about 20 mins, till soft
  • 2
    cut potatoes in half, boil till fork tender
  • 3
    in a saute pan, put butter and olive oil, toss in well drained potatoes on medium high get crispy on all sides, mash the garlic in and add chopped rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.
