- 1/2 pound russian fingerling potatoes
- 1/2 pound butter cream fingerling potatoes
- 1/2 pound french red fingerling potatoes
- 3 tablespoons oil (he noted walnut oil), i used olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
- - i added garlic powder
How To Make roasted fingerling potatoes, poppa

Step 1Oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry potatoes, cut into 1-1 1/2 inch pieces. Put all in large bowl, toss to coat. Bake single layer on cookie sheet, 45 min to 1 hour or until fork tender.
