- 2 pounds ready to cook butter nut squash
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- - salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 24 - fresh sage leaves
How To Make roasted butternut squash with brown butter and sage

Step 1Preheat the oven to 425*. Add squash and potatoes if using. Add the olive oil and salt and pepper along with the butter, the sage and mix together. Roast for 15-20 minutes. Serve

Step 2Can leave out the butter I use Smart Balance and leave the Olive Oil out of the recipe. That is just a diet preference. Either way it is very good
