How to Make Roasted Butternut Squash with Brown Butter and Sage


  1. Preheat the oven to 425*. Add squash and potatoes if using. Add the olive oil and salt and pepper along with the butter, the sage and mix together. Roast for 15-20 minutes. Serve
  2. Can leave out the butter I use Smart Balance and leave the Olive Oil out of the recipe. That is just a diet preference. Either way it is very good
