Everyone I make this for loves these potatoes and they are so easy to make. I came up with this recipe one day while making some dinner for myself.

Ingredients

  • 5-6 - 1 pkg cream cheese room temp
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1 cup favorite shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and onion powder
  • - milk-u be the judge
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (optional)

How To Make rhonda's cheesy potatoes

  • Step 1
    Cook potatoes in the microwave and while potatoes are cooking mix the cream cheese with enough milk to make it thin but yet a little thick but pourable consistancy and when that is done add all the rest of the ingreadients and mix well. When potatoes are done cut up into a 8x8 inch pan and then pour cheese mixture over top and bake til a light golden brown on top and then enjoy.
  • Step 2
