Everyone I make this for loves these potatoes and they are so easy to make. I came up with this recipe one day while making some dinner for myself.

Ingredients
- 5-6 - 1 pkg cream cheese room temp
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1 cup favorite shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and onion powder
- - milk-u be the judge
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
How To Make rhonda's cheesy potatoes

Step 1Cook potatoes in the microwave and while potatoes are cooking mix the cream cheese with enough milk to make it thin but yet a little thick but pourable consistancy and when that is done add all the rest of the ingreadients and mix well. When potatoes are done cut up into a 8x8 inch pan and then pour cheese mixture over top and bake til a light golden brown on top and then enjoy.
