Ingredients
- 5 pounds potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 - 3 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
How To Make refrigerated mashed potatoes

Step 1Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water. Drain. Mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Cool. Cover and place in refrigerator. Use within 2 weeks. To use: place desired amount in greased casserole. dot with butter and bake at 350 for about 45 to 60 minutes. May need to add milk to get potatoes to desired consistency.
