This is a easy and quick recipe and like no other.. Yum Yum

Ingredients

  • - 3 -5 pounds of red potatoes
  • - large bottle of hidden valley ranch dressing ( i use the light dressing )
  • - chives, bunch or green onions ( i use chives out of my garden )
  • - 1 pkg of real bacon bits or turkey bits ( i use turkey )

How To Make * red skin potatoe salad *

  • Step 1
    wash and clean the potatoes and cut in chunks
  • Step 2
    put potatoes in a lrg pan in water and cook then then till almost done ( but not mushy )
  • Step 3
    while potatoes are cooking cut up your chives or green onions
  • Step 4
    drain and rinse the potatoes in cold water
  • Step 5
    In a lrg container or bowl put some of dressing and chives or onion on the bottom then add 1/3 of the potatoes
  • Step 6
    then add 1/3 of dressing and chives or onion & bacon bits or turkey and keep layering
  • Step 7
    make sure reserve some of your drssing and chives and bacon or turkey bites to garnish the top
