Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 2 pounds red potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed
  • 3/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
  • 1/3 cup radish slices
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 3 - hard-cooked eggs, chopped

How To Make red potato salad

  • Step 1
    In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise,vinegar, salt and celery seed; set aside. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, green onions, radishes, celery and dressing and toss lightly. Cover and chill. Makes 8 servings.
