Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 pounds red potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed
- 3/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 1/3 cup radish slices
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
- 3 - hard-cooked eggs, chopped
How To Make red potato salad

Step 1In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise,vinegar, salt and celery seed; set aside. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, green onions, radishes, celery and dressing and toss lightly. Cover and chill. Makes 8 servings.
