Ingredients

3/4 c
sour cream
1/2 c
mayonnaise
2 Tbsp
white vinegar
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
celery seed
2 lb
red potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed
3/4 c
thinly sliced green onion
1/3 c
radish slices
1/4 c
thinly sliced celery
3
hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Step-By-Step

1In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise,vinegar, salt and celery seed; set aside. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, green onions, radishes, celery and dressing and toss lightly. Cover and chill. Makes 8 servings.
