How to Make Brandy's Red Eye Potatoes
- 1Peel potatoes and boil with all the onion till med soft.And drain well.
Place in a 11x14 pan.
Heat the 2 cans soup with 1 can of milk and 1 stick butter.
Pour soup mixture over potatoes, season with salt, pepper, garlic.
Cut veveeta in cubes and place over potatoes.
Bake 350 for 45 min.
