5 lbred potatoes

1 largered onion

2 can(s)cream mushroom soup

1 can(s)milk, use the soup can

1 boxmexican velveeta cheese ( med. box)

1 stickbutter

·salt/pepper/garlic
How to Make Brandy's Red Eye Potatoes
- Peel potatoes and boil with all the onion till med soft.And drain well.
Place in a 11x14 pan.
Heat the 2 cans soup with 1 can of milk and 1 stick butter.
Pour soup mixture over potatoes, season with salt, pepper, garlic.
Cut veveeta in cubes and place over potatoes.
Bake 350 for 45 min.
