- 5 pounds red potatoes
- 1 large red onion
- 2 cans cream mushroom soup
- 1 can milk, use the soup can
- 1 box mexican velveeta cheese ( med. box)
- 1 stick butter
- - salt/pepper/garlic
How To Make brandy's red eye potatoes

Step 1Peel potatoes and boil with all the onion till med soft.And drain well. Place in a 11x14 pan. Heat the 2 cans soup with 1 can of milk and 1 stick butter. Pour soup mixture over potatoes, season with salt, pepper, garlic. Cut veveeta in cubes and place over potatoes. Bake 350 for 45 min.
