Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked riced potatoes
- 2 cups uncooked grated potatoes
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 small onion, minced
- - parsley, fresh, chopped, to taste
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup toasted bread crumbs
How To Make raw potato dumplings

Step 1Blend potaotes, eggs, onion & parsley. Stir in flour sifted with baking powder & salt; add more flour if needed.

Step 2Drop by Tbsp into boiling salted water. Cook, covered, for 10 - 12 minutes; lift from water.

Step 3Place in serving dish; top with butter & bread crumbs.
