- 6 strips of bacon
- 2 pounds red potatoes scrubbed and quartered
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 10 3/4 ounces can cream of potato soupp
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 envelope buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix
- scallions for garnish
How To Make ranch potatoes

Step 1Cook the bacon until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon. Place the potatoes in a slow cooker.

Step 2In a bowl mix the bacon grease, cream cheese, soup, milk, and dressing mix. Pour over potatoes and mix well.

Step 3Sprinke the bacon on the top and cook on low about 5 hours until potatoes are tender. Stir and garnish with scallions.
