  • 1 lb
    hash brown potatoes, frozen
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ·
    parmesan cheese

How to Make Quick Potato Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together except parmesan.
  2. Put into greased 9x13 casserole dish; sprinkle parmesan over top, about 1/4 cup or so.
  3. Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
  4. NOTE: This can be doubled easily, and can also be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
