Ingredients
- 1 pound hash brown potatoes, frozen
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- - parmesan cheese
How To Make quick potato casserole

Step 1Mix all ingredients together except parmesan.

Step 2Put into greased 9x13 casserole dish; sprinkle parmesan over top, about 1/4 cup or so.

Step 3Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees.

Step 4NOTE: This can be doubled easily, and can also be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
