- 1 package (1 envelope) dry french onion soup mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 pounds cubed potatoes
How To Make quick n easy french onion potatoes

Step 1Mix all ingredients together until potatoes are covered and put into a 9 x 13 pan for the oven or a microwave safe dish for the microwave.

Step 2Oven directions: Bake at 425 for about 35 minutes or until the potatoes are soft. Microwave directions: Cook on high for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. When potatoes are soft it is done.
