This can be done in the oven or the microwave. I prefer the microwave but you need to stir it every 5 minutes so the potatoes evenly cook.

How to Make Quick n Easy French Onion Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together until potatoes are covered and put into a 9 x 13 pan for the oven or a microwave safe dish for the microwave.
  2. Oven directions: Bake at 425 for about 35 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.

    Microwave directions: Cook on high for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. When potatoes are soft it is done.
