Provolone Scalloped Potatoes
It is very good with or without the ham.... and with or without the provolone (and any cheese will do too).
1 cshredded provolone cheese
6 cfresh or frozen potatoes (thinly sliced)
1 1/2 lbblack forest ham,
·(thinly sliced and cut into 1 inch pieces)
1 ptwhipping cream
1 tsponion powder
1 tspseasoning salt
1/2 tspground black pepper
2 Tbspi can't believe it's not butter
How to Make Provolone Scalloped Potatoes
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl: Mix together 1/2 cup of the shredded provolone cheese with all of the other ingredients.
Spread this mixture evenly into baking dish.
Dot with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter.
Sprinkle remaining shredded provolone cheese over the top.
- Put in oven and bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and bubbly.
