Provolone Au Gratin Potatoes
It can be made with or without the ham.
You can substitute other cheeses if you like.... IT'S ALL GOOD!

6 csliced potatoes (fresh or frozen) sliced thin
1 1/2 lbblack forest ham (sliced in 1-inch pieces)
1 box(32 ounces) tabatchnick brand
·wisconsin cheddar cheese soup
1 tsponion powder
·salt and pepper to taste
1 cprovolone cheese (grated)
2 Tbspi can't believe it's not butter
How to Make Provolone Au Gratin Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Butter baking dish (9x13).
- In large bowl mix together 1/2 cup of the provolone cheese with all of the other ingredients. Using a spatula, scrape evenly into the baking dish. Dot with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter.
Sprinkle the top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded provolone cheese.
Put in the oven and bake for 40 minutes (or until potatoes are tender and bubbly).
