This dish is another alternative to the standard marshmallow topped sweet potatoes that's always served during the holidays. This dish is satisfying and not too sweet, and I like to make it throughout the year. Sweet potatoes are not just for Thanksgiving any more!

Ingredients
- 2 cans cut yams
- 1/3 cup pecans, in pieces
- 1/3 cup coconut, flaked
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make praline yams

Step 1Place drained yams in an ungreased 1 1/2" quart baking dish. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients; blend well. Sprinkle this over the yams.

Step 2Bake @ 350* for 35-40 minutes, or until casserole bubbles.
