These Potatoes are Irrestable and Beautiful to Look at. I have a friend who makes these regularily and Got this recipe from Her. These are something different for Potatoes. . .just toss and roast. These are Very Flavorful. Soo Good! We enjoy them occasionally. They go great with almost any meal.

Ingredients
- 5 lg - red potatoes cut into wedges or new potatoes
- 2-4 Tbs - oil (i use olive)
- 1/4 tsp - garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp - ceyenne pdr
- 1/4 tsp - tumeric
- 1/4 tsp - paprika
- 1/2 tsp - onion pdr
- 1/2 tsp - cumin pdr
- 1/2 tsp - salt
How To Make pototato wedges roasted by freda

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN @ 375 Wash, and toss on paper towel to remove excess water. Then cut taters into wedges.

Step 2Toss in olive oil to coat evenly.

Step 3Sprinkle seasonings over the potatoes and toss again well.

Step 4Spread Potatoes out evenly onto a Parchment lined baking sheet.

Step 5Bake @ 375 for 30 min or until potatoes are Fork tender. Enjoy.
