These Potatoes are Irrestable and Beautiful to Look at. I have a friend who makes these regularily and Got this recipe from Her. These are something different for Potatoes. . .just toss and roast.
These are Very Flavorful. Soo Good!
We enjoy them occasionally.
They go great with almost any meal.

Ingredients

  • 5 lg
    red potatoes cut into wedges or new potatoes
  • 2-4 Tbs
    oil (i use olive)
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    ceyenne pdr
  • 1/4 tsp
    tumeric
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion pdr
  • 1/2 tsp
    cumin pdr
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How to Make Pototato Wedges Roasted By Freda

Step-by-Step

  1. PREHEAT OVEN @ 375
    Wash, and toss on paper towel to remove excess water. Then cut taters into wedges.
  2. Toss in olive oil to coat evenly.
  3. Sprinkle seasonings over the potatoes and toss again well.
  4. Spread Potatoes out evenly onto a Parchment lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake @ 375 for 30 min or until potatoes are Fork tender.
    Enjoy.
