- 2 packages frozen hash brown potatoes ( i like the ones with green pepper and onion)
- 1 large can cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium size tub of sour cream
- 1 stick butter melted
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can soup can full of milk

Step 1PUT FROZEN HASH BROWNS IN LARGE MIXING BOWL, ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL.

Step 2THE MIX WILL SEEM SOMEWHAT DRY, BUT WILL BAKE UP JUST FINE..

Step 3COVER DISH WITH FOIL, AND BAKE IN 325* OVEN FOR 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES...CHECK AT 1 HOUR, REMOVE FOIL FOR LAST 45 MINUTES OF COOKING TIME...

Step 4YOU CAN PLACE THIS CASSEROLE IN THE FRIGERATOR, UNTIL READY TO BAKE... THEN IT WILL BE HOT..TO HEAD OUT THE DOOR WITH...
