I MAKE THIS CASSEROLE DISH, FOR CHURCH DINNERS, PICNICS, COOK-OUTS, IT IS ALWAYS GONE, I JUST TAKE AN EMPTY DISH HOME EVERY TIME!!!

Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen hash brown potatoes ( i like the ones with green pepper and onion)
  • 1 large can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium size tub of sour cream
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can soup can full of milk

How To Make potluck potatoes

  • Step 1
    PUT FROZEN HASH BROWNS IN LARGE MIXING BOWL, ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL.
  • Step 2
    THE MIX WILL SEEM SOMEWHAT DRY, BUT WILL BAKE UP JUST FINE..
  • Step 3
    COVER DISH WITH FOIL, AND BAKE IN 325* OVEN FOR 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES...CHECK AT 1 HOUR, REMOVE FOIL FOR LAST 45 MINUTES OF COOKING TIME...
  • Step 4
    YOU CAN PLACE THIS CASSEROLE IN THE FRIGERATOR, UNTIL READY TO BAKE... THEN IT WILL BE HOT..TO HEAD OUT THE DOOR WITH...
