4potatoes

1/2 tsphot pepper sauce

1/2 tspsalt

1 tsppaprika

1 tspground cinnamon

3 Tbsplemon juice

1.25 cchicken broth

1 lbchicken, boned, skinned, cut into strips

1 cchopped onion

1/2 calmonds, slivered

1/4 colive oil

How To Make potatoes with spiced chicken topping

1Scrub potatoes; dry and prick with a fork.

2Bake in a 425 degree oven 55 to 60 minutes, until soft.

3In large skillet, heat oil; saute almonds until golden brown.

4Add onions and garlic; saute until tender.

5Add chicken; cook, stirring, until chicken turns white.

6Sprinkle with flour; mix well.

7Combine broth, lemon juice, cinnamon, paprika, salt and hot pepper sauce.

8Gradually add to chicken mixture, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens.

9Stir in raisins.

10Simmer three minutes.

11Cut an X in top of baked potatoes; pinch sides of potatoes to fluff.

12Top with chicken mixture.
