Ingredients
- 2 pounds yukon gold potatoes, peeled and washed
- salt
- olive oil
- 1/2 pound shredded Raclette cheese
How To Make potatoes with melted raclette cheese

Step 1Place the potatoes whole in cold salted water. Bring to a boil and let cook about 15 to 20 minutes. Until fork-tender but not falling apart.

Step 2Let cool, then cut into 1/2 inch slices.

Step 3Lay on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, and add salt. Place under the broiler at high heat until browned a bit.

Step 4Remove from the oven and top with the cheese.

Step 5Place under the broiler again until the cheese is melted and browned a bit.
