Ingredients
- 4 medium baking potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chives, dried
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 - 10 oz. packages frozen spinach, chopped
How To Make potatoes w/ spinach stuffing

Step 1Thaw spinach & drain squeeing out all liquid.

Step 2Bake potatoes at 400 degrees F for 1 hour. Cut potatoes in 1/2 & scoop out; reserve shells.

Step 3Mix remaining ingredients except spinach & cheese together with potato; fold in spinach.

Step 4Stuff the potato shells with spinach/potato mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top of each potato & bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 - 25 minutes.
