Ingredients
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 1 package frozen cubed hash brown potatoes (32 oz)
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 cups shredded medium cheddar cheese
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped small
- 1 pound bacon, diced and crisped

Once the dish was uncovered, we had to bake the dish for 45 minutes.

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan in the oven for about ten minutes.
