I remember a mustard phase in cooking either around my high school or early college years (don't ask when that was, I'm keeping quiet). This was one we made as a side dish.

- 5 tablespoons grey poupon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 6 medium red skinned potatoes, chunked
How To Make potatoes poupon

Step 1Mix all but potatoes. Place potatoes in lightly greased 9x13, toss with mustard mixture. Bake at 425 degrees 35-40 min or until fork tender, stirring occasionally.
