Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes, peeled n cubed
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped (i use 3)
  • 2 boxes chopped spinach, defrosted (10 oz box?)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, (start with 1/8 n use rest during)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make potatoes n spinach

  • Step 1
    PUT CUT POTATOES IN MICROWAVABLE DISH N COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP N NUKE FOR 5 MIN. SET ASIDE.
  • Step 2
    IN A LARGE PAN SAUTE GARLIC IN HALF OF THE OLIVE OIL THEN ADD POTATOES. (ADD MORE OIL AS NEEDD) MIX IN SALT N PEPPER N COOK FOR 5 MIN. AT THIS POINT ADD IN SPINACH N COOK ON MED HEAT.
  • Step 3
    USING A SPATULA FLIP SPINACH N POTATOES SO IT CAN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES (AGAIN ADD MORE OLIVE OIL TO PREVENT STICKING N INCOURAGE BROWNN)....THEN ENJOY :)
