Ingredients For potatoes n spinach

  • 4 lg
    russet potatoes, peeled n cubed
  • 2-3 clove
    garlic, chopped (i use 3)
  • 2 box
    chopped spinach, defrosted (10 oz box?)
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil, (start with 1/8 n use rest during)
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper

    PUT CUT POTATOES IN MICROWAVABLE DISH N COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP N NUKE FOR 5 MIN. SET ASIDE.

    IN A LARGE PAN SAUTE GARLIC IN HALF OF THE OLIVE OIL THEN ADD POTATOES. (ADD MORE OIL AS NEEDD) MIX IN SALT N PEPPER N COOK FOR 5 MIN. AT THIS POINT ADD IN SPINACH N COOK ON MED HEAT.

    USING A SPATULA FLIP SPINACH N POTATOES SO IT CAN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES (AGAIN ADD MORE OLIVE OIL TO PREVENT STICKING N INCOURAGE BROWNN)....THEN ENJOY :)
