These are so easy to make and they tasted great. My family likes them for dinner with pork chops and apple sauce, but we have also had them for breakfast with sausage links and, of course, with apple sauce.

Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes
- 1 large omion
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2-3 tablespoons oil for frying
How To Make potato pancakes

Step 1Using a food possessor with the grating disk, grate the onion and potatoes.

Step 2Put the grated onion and potatoes into a bowl.

Step 3Add egg, baking powder, flour salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix until well blended.

Step 4Fry in frying pan on medium high heat turning when browned, about 3 minutes per side.

Step 5Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top and a side of apple sauce.
