Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons frank's hot sauce
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 2-1/2 pound baking potatoes
- 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 - celery ribs, cut into 2" stalks
How To Make potato wedges w/ blue cheese dip

Step 1Heat oven to 450. Spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine 1 tbsp hot sauce, 1 tbsp melted butter, and seasoned salt. Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Add potato wedges to bowl, toss to coat.

Step 2Arrange potato wedges on baking sheet. Roast, turning once, until golden, about 40 mins. Remove potato wedges from oven and toss w/ remaining hot sauce and butter.

Step 3In small saucepan, stir together blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and pepper. Heat for 3 mins. Serve blue cheese dip w/ potato wedges and celery.
