Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes, cut in wedges
- 1 tablespoon accent
- 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
- 2 cups flour
- 4 cups vegetable oil
- - water for potatoes
How To Make potato wedges

Step 1Wash potatoes off, cut in wedges and do not peel. Put in water.

Step 2Season flour with accent, salt and creole seasoning.

Step 3Shake water off of potatoes and put potatoes in the flour.

Step 4Shake excess flour off of the potatoes and put in hot oil. Fry for 10 to 15 minutes.
