potatoes, cut in wedges
1 Tbsp
accent
1 Tbsp
creole seasoning
2 c
flour
4 c
vegetable oil
water for potatoes

How to Make Potato Wedges

Step-by-Step

  • 1Wash potatoes off, cut in wedges and do not peel. Put in water.
  • 2Season flour with accent, salt and creole seasoning.
  • 3Shake water off of potatoes and put potatoes in the flour.
  • 4Shake excess flour off of the potatoes and put in hot oil. Fry for 10 to 15 minutes.
