  • 3 large
    potatoes, cut in wedges
  • 1 Tbsp
    accent
  • 1 Tbsp
    creole seasoning
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 4 c
    vegetable oil
  • ·
    water for potatoes

How to Make Potato Wedges

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash potatoes off, cut in wedges and do not peel. Put in water.
  2. Season flour with accent, salt and creole seasoning.
  3. Shake water off of potatoes and put potatoes in the flour.
  4. Shake excess flour off of the potatoes and put in hot oil. Fry for 10 to 15 minutes.
