Ingredients
- - 6 medium potatoes
- - 2 sticks melted butter
- - 1/4 cup of flour
- - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make potato wedges

Step 1preheat oven to 375 degrees. Peel potatoes and cut into long wedges.

Step 2Mix flour, cheese, salt & pepper together and put in a large ziplock bag

Step 3Pour melted butter in 13x9 pan(s). Add a few potatoes at a time into bag a shake well until they are coated then place into your pan.Don't crowd the potatoes they will steam instead of browning like they need to. Repeat until your pans are full. Bake for 25 mins then turn potatoes over and bake for an additional 20 mins.
