How To Make potato taquito

    Wash potatoes throughly use a fork and poke holes on each side of the potato. Place both potatoes in microwave for 5-6 min flip potatoes half way through cooking.leave skin on potato or peal. Place potatoes in a bowl and mash up (I just use a fork)add butter, salt, and pepper as desired (I sometimes add a little milk to make them more like mashed potatoes).

    Warm up corn tortillas so they don't fall apart while your rolling them. 1-2 min in microwave. Place tortillas flat add ingredients mashed potatoes 1 heaping tbs, and put a little hot sauce on top then the cheese place on 9X13 pan rolled place in oven for 15 min makes them crispy (no grease or oil frying needed).
